well..about the rum truffles...I can make you some as soon as I regain my eye-hand co-ordination.
if you can roll your own truffles... and i can teach you how...i do have some leftover kirsch(da original cherry liqueor from alsace!..the REAL deal..hand printed label on the bottle even) flavoured chocolate ganache in the freezer-better than rum- and some white chocolate/cardamom/pistachio ganache in the fridge...
